There are a couple of options but it's worth looking at the initial project and current design plans.

This plan was a cost of £25-30million with a capacity of 55,000, Hicks took a look at these old plans himself this summer.

Here is a study back in 2002, from which later plans overcome the initial constraints. [url=http://www.liverpool.gov.uk/Images/tcm21-32327.pdf]http://www.liverpool.gov.uk/Images/tcm21-32327.pdf

<description>American businessman Robert Kraft has admitted he is still interested in buying Liverpool. The 68-year-old tried to purchase the Anfield club in 2005 but lost out to fellow Americans George Gillett and Tom Hicks, who have since endured a troubled tenure.

Kraft, who owns the NFL franchise the New England Patriots, tempered any notion he could be tempted into taking the club off their hands, however, admitting he harbours reservations about the lack of a salary cap in the Premier League.
